      Cons

      Long and complicated process for things to move forward. Somewhat old fashioned approach and lack of innovation. Hard to gain visibility.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
