Pros
BD's company values are very strong. My coworkers are generally a pleasure to work with. If you're on a big project, there can be many good travel opportunities, which is an added bonus
Cons
The work-life balance can be challenging on tough projects. Training can also be difficult to come by too. I've found it difficult to get promoted at BD. There is a tendency to hire outside instead of promoting from within.
