- Enhanced culture for Continous Improvement and innovation. - Challenging environment, where opinions and voices matter. - Office environment and friendly culture and characters. - Pool Table - Always a plus! - Great SW leadership and support programs. - Always willing to educate and improve education and learning. - Access to Labs to see physical Hardware and instruments you will be supporting (getting a hands-on or better view) - Constantly looking at how to keep staff happy and improve morale and retention. - Your choice of Barry Vs. Lyons Teabags :)

Cons

- Not enough office space for growth (but it can be a Pro too as more work-from-home)

Pros

Chaotic environment forces quick growth. Treat it as a resume builder and then find a more stable opportunity.

Cons

Constant backorders due to poor management. Likely to have more changes in leadership team(s) than years spent at the company. Unethical leaders that act like high school bullies and cling to titles rather than create a supportive environment. Employees constantly left in the dark due to lack of meetings or failure of leaders to even learn what their teams are working on. Constant reorgs with no consideration of impact to teams or business continuity. Frequent cases of falsified performance reviews to push out whistleblowers with complicit HR teams. Quality policy is a joke. RTO push to high COL areas with no relocation support, onboarding, seat and laptop assignment - only to lay off entire teams within a year just to repost the same position and ask laid off employees to re-apply.
