      Decent amount of vacation days/sick days

      Cons

      Awful management that doesn't care about your individual needs. Instead of work-life balance, BD believes in work-work balance. Compensation is bad. A lot of politics and favorites.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
