      Pros

      Good fast money. Lots of extra hours weekly. The HR department work with you if you need days off with out punishments

      Cons

      30 minute brake for10 hour shifts, Bad leadership, They dont value their employees, poor management.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
