Pros
I love the people I work with. My manager is a great guy who genuinely cares about the success of his employees.
Cons
The company is very invested in it's old ways and does little to nothing to come into the present. They string people a long on contract to keep from having to pay benefits and end up wasting time in money continually training new people.
