      Pros

      Standard medical, dental, vision. 3/4 match on 401k up to 4.5%, ~20 days PTO for new hires, 11ish holidays, employee resource groups, friendly people in the organization. Low pressure to meet deadlines. If you can find the right project to work on it's a steady job.

      Cons

      Health insurance coverage is not great. Most people are either lifers or they've been there no more than 5 years, not much in between. Lots of unexplained or unjustifiable travel and testing. Hard to get clear direction from management. The hierarchy of managers between you and the higher ups is not what is actually used.

      Pros

      Chaotic environment forces quick growth. Treat it as a resume builder and then find a more stable opportunity.

      Cons

      Constant backorders due to poor management. Likely to have more changes in leadership team(s) than years spent at the company. Unethical leaders that act like high school bullies and cling to titles rather than create a supportive environment. Employees constantly left in the dark due to lack of meetings or failure of leaders to even learn what their teams are working on. Constant reorgs with no consideration of impact to teams or business continuity. Frequent cases of falsified performance reviews to push out whistleblowers with complicit HR teams. Quality policy is a joke. RTO push to high COL areas with no relocation support, onboarding, seat and laptop assignment - only to lay off entire teams within a year just to repost the same position and ask laid off employees to re-apply.
