- Great sense of purpose / making a difference in the world - Competitive pay and benefits - Good culture (if you're on the right team) - Plenty of opportunity to grow
Cons
- Old fashioned waterfall company structure. Not lean/agile at all. - Every decision you make will be scrutinized, reviewed, and criticized. - Feedback loops were non-existent in my position - Really still hurting from pandemic era supply chain disruptions - Terrible onboarding processes - Very few team-building and personal growth opportunities - Work / life balance was poor in my position (global marketing)
