      Competitive pay for the industry.

      Cons

      Work culture was combative between teams. Leadership was inept. They were good at serving up corporate platitudes, but were unable to ever come up with a strategy or plan, never mind execute on those goals.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
