Pros
3 to 4 days off because of 12 hour shifts. Benefits are pretty good if hired full time jot as a contractor.
Cons
The work was fine, monotonous but fine. The pay is too low and that is why they cant keep anyone. I personally like the 12 hours shifts because I get more days off but most people dont. They need to pay more to retain people. While there is opportunity to move up, this is only if they like you.
