      Some accounts are very flexible with time off and home life balance. Starting pay was very good for the industry.

      Moving up and getting sufficient raises was a challenge.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
