      Pros

      Great job for starting out in the industry, they will hire literally anyone.

      Cons

      - low pay - overworked - favoritism - very rude management - if you call in sick or even try to use vacation they make you feel bad - broken promises when it comes to promotions - when reviews up you don’t get much of a pay raise

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
