      - supportive teamwork and mangement - Have 2 office in PJ and also in Menara Takaful (can choose) - Have night shift (extra allowance rm500)

      Cons

      -need to work on saturday once per month -need to work on public holiday (of course u getting paid dont worry)

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
