      Pros

      Mentors promotions, good training, fair wages, benefits are decent. But most of all, majority of work force are very happy supportive people. The desk level people back each other up daily

      Cons

      Directors and c-suite can be very short sited and very over demanding at times. There are a few very intelligent executives but they are a few hollow buddies and couple bullies who hurt moral at the desk level often.

      Pros

      Great environment, great management, great coworkers, good pay, easy job.

      Cons

      Takes a while to move up, but in the way that turnover is little. Which isn't much of a con.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
