Incompetence at every level - Anonymous employee BDP International Employee Review

HR has no idea what it's doing. They mess up almost everything they set out to accomplish. IT is next to useless for anything you'd need. They block all music streaming services because fun isn't allowed, Management is so out of touch with the workers. They never have money to hire people back after someone leaves. Pay and raises aren't great. Don't do any bonuses at all. They come up with random things to try to make it seem like a fun place to work but fall flat on every count
