Pros
A lot of locations to work at and pretty good health insurance (for single people with no dependents).
Cons
Compensation is horrible and when the cost of living is increasing the pay does not. Does not work with individuals that move far from their current location and helping them get a position close to home. The hours on the front line does not work well with an individual whom has children in daycare and doesn't care that a parent can't keep their child in daycare for more than 10 hours a day. If a person wants to transfer HR doesn't help or listen to their employees in regards to their needs. Instead they would rather lose good hardworking employees (high turn-over rate) and hire individuals that don't have experience or care what image they bring to the CU. I have seen retaliation and discrimination towards employees that stand up for themselves or bring attention to an issue.
