Work/life balance- if FT you might work 5-6 days for 8-10 hours, not much time to spend with your family until you get off at close. Printers always seem to never work when needed Card printers constantly acting up Constant back and forth on business casual dress code Lobby sign in system that always malfunctions ( if you know, you know lol) and becu requires breaks and lunches to be tracked.
