No project is undertaken that would put unattainable workload on their workforce, and any growth pursued is done at a sustainable pace. The working environment is supportive and your peers are happy to help out with questions. It is an intellectually stimulating and emotionally satisfying place to work.
Cons
Customer service is paramount at BHC Rhodes and this starts by meeting deadlines. At the end of the project the work will be finished, but this sometimes means long hours at work to complete the job. The company always brings in some sort of treat to help the employees get through these late nights.
