      The Flexible Work Policy offers great work life balance for the employees. Excellent health benefits. A lot of opportunity to volunteer in the community. Amazing employee appreciation.

      A lot of meetings that offer the same information. Major organizational movement within the last three years, which creates uncertainty in the employees.
