      Flexible work is encouraged and possible, company is trying to change and potentially sitting just ahead of a cultural tipping point.

      Cons

      Absolutely toxic culture, terrible for women or any diverse minorities. Leadership is completely detached from the experience of the people at the bottom of the organisation.
