Flexible Work. 18weeks Primary parental leave that can be taken by both parents within 24months of childs birth. Can buy additional leave or take leave at half pay. Beautiful office.
Cons
Functions are disconnected from operations. New HR tools still clunky, however I expect that these will improve over time.
