      Cons

      Quite a few people with no real leadership skills got put into various team lead and manager positions when they would have benefit the company more with their technical skillset. Career development and progression for most employees was absolutely non-existent.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
