Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the people in IS are terrific, and generally a pleasure to work with. Very flexible schedules allow for work-from-home days, unusual hours as needed (i.e. picking up kids), etc.
Cons
No real raises, just a COLA around 2% for the past several years. Everyone gets the same raise, regardless of being a stellar performer or a tremendous slacker. No manager higher than a PM has a clue what goes on down at the bottom level of the org chart.
