Currently outsourcing all of IT - Anonymous employee BJC HealthCare Employee Review

Lower than average salary and benefits. No job security. Most of network end of support. No plan going forward. IT was told everyone will have a job who wants one, then 100 people let go. Jokes were made by leadership in a town hall when it was announced 100 people lost their jobs. Another wave coming. New leadership has said when someone quits they will be replaced with contractors. They stated in a town hall they are not concerned with employee retention. Patient care is suffering because of what has been done to IT. Good people with BJC knowledge have left and either not replaced or replaced with inexperienced contractors.
