Pros
The staff are friendly. When you are in the "it" crowd, everything is good. Administrative staff are not looking over your shoulder constantly.
Cons
When you fall out of favor, things are made bad enough that you want to quit. Face to face communication with administrative members occur only when initiated by you. No one asks how things are going. Or what needs to change. Admin prefers to send memos than to talk directly with employees. Undervalued and under-appreciated.
