- Busy season is "only" 55 hours per week - Broad range of work which will allow you to build your skillset - Most coworkers were friendly
Cons
- Salary slightly less than market - NO bonus - Calling the benefits "terrible" makes them seem better than they are - Low number of PTO days and holidays compared to market - Everything is high priority - People are on edge and hound you for work they won't look at for days - You will hate every second you interact with one specific partner (everyone knows who I am referring to here and this partner is unavoidable) - Very adversarial to working from home - they grill you every time you ask to work from home - They are more focused on "winning" top NJ employer ratings than actually creating a good work environment - Open office environment
