      Job came with full training. A computer was given with 2 monitors and all the externals like keyboard and mouse also given. 9% bonus per year. Good managers. Great support. Good benefits

      Cons

      Clients can be mean. Holiday season's are rough and busy. Without seniority you get bad shifts. Your bonus is tied into your teams overall loses that year.
