Pros
The bank helps you and pushes you at the same time to achieve both your goals and the banks. They help you through training and gives you a wealth of connections through events and the corporate reach. Also, the culture is amazing.
Cons
People who do not like preforming under pressure and talking to people constantly might not have the best experience. Also, you might notice early on that nothing goes above the interest of the bank so you might feel expendable if you do not preform for long periods of time - which was not an issue for me but something I noticed.
