      Work life balance, Team and manager are very nice. Enough time for self improvement.

      Cons

      Not efficiency, tech stack is too old school which is same as many banks I believe. Career growth is not fast.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
