      good opportunity for start great opportunity to progress

      Cons

      Low pay. Highly dependent on management. A lot of employees are leaving BMO to go to other banks. Some managers see you as robots and not human beings. Hitting sales targets is highly dependent on the branch.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
