      I do not see one pro in working for the BMO organization.

      Cons

      Micro manage, nothing is ever good enough from any Banker throughout the entire organization. They lead with fear based tactics.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
