Pros
Many opportunities to move around to different areas. I.e., moving from developer to business analyst. With the right management behind you the bank has a strong position in maintaining continuing education to further your educational goals. Project management office is top notch.
Cons
Pay scales are disproportionate relative to the industry (for developers). Many non-standards in the bank with regards to technology. Too much cross-charging and glass walls between different business groups.
