      -big organization -smart and competent people you get to work with -lots of opportunities within the company -great place to start off your career

      Cons

      -sometimes lack of support from the management -training was loose -turn over the rate is high. Company can't keep talented people stay for long

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
