      Good benefits. Friendly atmosphere. Good work / life balance for the most part.

      Cons

      Raises and bonuses have decreased recently. Many layers of management and groups, make it difficult to determine who is responsible for what. Heavy reliance on contractors, that take knowledge with them when their contract expires.
