Pros
group I worked for was very supportive and collegial, a place there was opportunity to grow. Later with a new leader it changed substantially.
Cons
still siloed in many ways; very political. Can't make decisions - except by group which means it doesn't happen. Instructed working 7-7 was the new way - didn't see any evidence of this but this was somehow the expectation (after exec mgmt indicated pace was important - pace for some was defined as work all the time and faster)
