      Pros

      Pretty good work life balance. Reasonable salaries but the benefits is on pay system - more about this on the cons section. Good locations.

      Cons

      Outdated technology. Too much politics. A good chunk of higher managers that care only about their paycheck. You pay for part of the benefits and BMO pays for the rest. I've worked for 4 other companies before and I nevere had to pay for my benefits. And then the benefits were not as good as for the other companies I worked for.
