      BMO offers a very good newly established training program. You will learn pretty much everything you need in work. I have a super nice manager. Friendly management and a lot of encouragement.

      Cons

      You probably need to learn how to balance work and life. May stay longer some days to wrap up the unfinished work during the day, especially after a busy day.
