      it is a good place to start with if you can not find any other. your life solely depends on your manager.

      Cons

      be extreamly caucious when set your start base salary. bmo only use the percentage increase when they promote you. therefore, should you start low, forever low.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
