- i'm very fortunate that i belong to a team with supportive manager and senior manager. the company takes very seriously employees response to our annual employee survey. any changes in the company is communicated to all employees. - supportive enviroment and co-workers, in the area i work with

- comparable to competitors, BMO is paying a lower salaries even with the recent grade increasse received on my position, it's still not comparable to what other company is offering - bmo as a company is in catch up mode comparable to other financial companies, especially with technologies and future leading projects
