Not terrible but definitely not great - Director BMO Financial Group Employee Review

Old outdated technology. Non-synergistic mergers have caused confusion and delays. There is a lot of disorganization and a general feeling that the best days are behind it. The place has a sense of being a commuter office where no one gets too friendly or is passionate about what they are doing. It seems either old timers are waiting to cash out of their pensions or newcomers are confused as to just what they've gotten themselves into when presented with the strange mix of old technology and inefficiencies and no one to help them learn it. Don't expect to develop personally or professionally here.
