      Great place for job security. Great benefits. Good team of people. Easy interview process. Great community service and charity programs. Very much involved in the community....401k dollar to dollar match...pension plan...good health insurance

      Cons

      Big company. Politics. Not many growth opportunities. Pay is average. Not a really good employee review system. BMO does not let go of people easily....this can be a good and a bad thing....takes forever to get better technology to do your work....typical corporate structure
