      Benefits at BMO were great. 401k matching. Great company to work for. Hours are also great for a full time employee

      Cons

      Middle management is non-existent. Branch Managers are hardly ever at the branch and it was an issue. Training is also very difficult. Be sure to ask lots of questions as you will just get thrown into your position and then just required to preform.
