      A lot of lattitude to succeed from mentors that have been in the trenches for quite some time. Mentors are also abundant. Everyone wants to see you succeed.

      TECHNOLOGY. and other typical big company woes. Red tape, strange performance measurement metrics. Tech goes through canada, limited access to more than a blackberry. which matters if you're on the road a lot.
