      I enjoy the type of work that I do, and my direct manager is good.

      Cons

      Cutting staff when there’s already too much work with the full team in places. Systems and technology are 20 years out of date. Upper management talks about how much they care and support their teams, but their actions say otherwise.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
