The company appears to be aggressive about increasing sales and cutting costs
Cons
The company has no regard whatsoever for employees. Individual managers are allowed to abuse employees, and they lose many good employees as a result. Once or twice a year, they "reorganize" as a way to get rid of employees over 50 and others they no longer want/need. Employees are commodities, not assets
