Harris used to be a great place to work. A big company, with a small feel. Autonomy to think out of the box and test new ideas, if you had the right manager to support you.

Cons

Company has changed significantly since BMO has become more and more involved. Harris needs to focus and commit to long term strategies. Be open to new ideas.
