Pros

The people who i work with and all the seasoned employees who worked there. However most have left or will leave soon.

Cons

The entire BMO sucks. Their system, customer service, management, account opening, bank operations. Bmo divide business clients into 2 groups. If ur a commercial client, you wont b able to open ur accounts at the branch or through regular channels. U have to wait 3 weeks to go thru their screening process. I would not want to tell my clients to wait this long just to open a checking. God forbid if you want a debit card. They wont allow u to have one. Haha. Its a circus at BMO.
