Management is a mess. Processes are incredibly inefficient, ridiculous and extremely painful to do your job. It’s embarrassing to share with your customers, it’s embarrassing to have continuous failures and delays that are unexplainable. 800# Phone systems drop calls, hold times are way too long, inconsistent answers from back office, no follow through on service requests. It is so difficult to do your job properly let alone to satisfaction results in extremely long hours, emotional and mental health breakdowns. No help or resolution- huge on gaslighting and bullying tactics. It’s truly a shame what it is.

Overall: BMO offers a positive work atmosphere with great benefits, but the increasing sales pressure and management issues may raise concerns for potential employees.
