Pros

- Salary is decent, "uncapped" commission that the company continues to make more difficult to obtain. - Core group of employees that you work with are a good group of people, but management continues to terminate the good ones.

Cons

- There is no leadership, just managers...BMO, there is a difference! - Incredible turnover, not just with frontline employee, but in management (including senior and executive management). Averaged a new manager each quarter and a new senior and executive manager each year. - Management claims to make customer based decisions, but that is wrong! All management is concerned about is manipulating numbers in their favor and talking customers into products and services that are beneficial for the company and not the customer. - Management is more concerned about tasks than coaching their employees to get better. - Management claims to live by the company "values" but only when it is convenient to them. - They have no desire on career development and preparing you for the next role or even helping find the right fit for valuable employees. ***If there was a Rating in the negative, that's the rating I would give to BMO Harris Bank. I would not suggest my worst enemy work for this organization...RUN!!!!

Pros

Pros: • Great coworkers who foster a supportive team environment. • Strong commitment to community engagement and involvement. • Attractive annual bonuses and competitive quarterly compensation.

Cons

Cons: • High levels of sales pressure, which can be overwhelming at times. • Concerns about management, particularly after the hiring of former Bank of America leadership; implementation of their sales culture. • Recent changes to branch names (now referred to as Financial Banking Centers) suggest a shift towards Bank of America's practices. • Many branch managers are on performance improvement plans and face pressure to meet 100% of their goals weekly, leading to a stressful work environment. • There are reports of unethical sales practices that may require regulatory attention. Overall: BMO offers a positive work atmosphere with great benefits, but the increasing sales pressure and management issues may raise concerns for potential employees.
