Pros

Very corporate and rigid if that is your thing. Everything done by concensus of the group usually comprised of people who never deal with the clients.

Cons

Hold out for the most money you can get because once you get hired you will never see a significant raise or increase in your work pay even if you get a promotion. Very few true managers with power to act unilaterally even on simple matters.
